2. What happens when I cancel my plan?

Your subscription will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle. You can continue using any remaining credits until the end of the cycle.

3. What happens to results generated prior to cancellation?

Tables, shortlists, and analysis generated before cancellation remain accessible to you upon logging into your account, subject to your plan’s terms and any applicable data retention limits.

4. How are payments processed?

We use a trusted third-party payment processor to securely process online payments. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled in compliance with data protection laws to ensure your financial information is secure.

5. Will I get a refund after I cancel my plan?

Refunds are offered only within 14 days of purchase and only for completely unused credits. Beyond this period, refunds are not available because AI processing incurs non-recoverable costs. All refund requests are subject to verification by our support team to ensure eligibility. By signing up, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of our Terms of Service.

6. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the output after using credits?

No. AI output quality can vary, and once credits are used for parsing, analysis, or scoring, the associated costs are incurred. We provide tools to adjust criteria and review results to help you achieve desired outcomes.
